1. Reservation Eligibility

Guests must be at least 18 years old to complete online reservations or submit payment information through the Savoure platform.

2. Reservations & Deposits

To secure selected dining experiences, Savoure may require a non-refundable reservation deposit. Deposit amounts vary depending on the event, tasting menu, seasonal service, or private dining request.

Reservation confirmations are only valid after successful payment processing and receipt of a confirmation email from Savoure.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information during the booking process.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reservation time may qualify for partial or full refunds depending on the booking type.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or prepaid dining fees.
  • Savoure reserves the right to cancel reservations due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Guest Conduct

By visiting Savoure or using our services, guests agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current reservation details.
  • Respect restaurant staff, guests, and property.
  • Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior.
  • Follow all dining policies communicated by the restaurant team.

5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Savoure strives to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies whenever reasonably possible. However, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens due to shared kitchen environments and ingredient sourcing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Savoure website, including branding, photography, menus, visual design, typography, and written materials, is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Website Availability

While we aim to maintain uninterrupted website access, Savoure does not guarantee continuous availability of the platform. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

Savoure shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, reservation platform, or dining services, except where prohibited by applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France.
